The capacities of Iran's private sector should be used for selling the country's oil, the deputy Oil Ministry of Iran Mohsen Khojaste-Mehr said, Trend reports citing Mehr News Agency.
The Oil Ministry will use all available mechanisms, including energy exchange and bartering system to increase oil sales, Khojaste-Mehr said.
He went on to say that the maximum sale of crude oil and gas condensate is among the priorities of the Ministry of Oil.
Referring to the National Iranian Oil Company`s plan to sell oil through the Energy Exchange in order to diversify sale methods, Khojaste-Mehr said that all 'legal capacities will be used to sell oil to both foreign and qualified domestic buyers'.
“The Oil sale of oil should not be limited to traditional ways,” he said.
