BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 12. Oil production from January through August 2022 in Azerbaijan, amounted to 21.8 million tons, Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov said on Twitter, Trend reports.
According to Shahbazov, 17.6 million tons of oil produced were exported.
In the first eight months of this year, natural gas production in Azerbaijan amounted to 30.6 billion cubic meters, which is 9.7 percent more than from January through August 2021, while 14.4 billion cubic meters were exported," he added.
