BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 10. Azerbaijan's Bank Respublika auctioned unsecured non-documentary bonds worth five million manat ($2.9 million) with a circulation period of two years at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on June 10, Trend reports citing the BSE.
According to the BSE, four investors submitted four bids in the price range of 1,000 manat ($588.58).
The annual interest rate is 8.5 percent, and interest payments are paid to investors every three calendar months.
The maturity date of the bonds is June 10, 2024.
The placement underwriter is IBA-Invest Investment Company CJSC.
