BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 26. An auction for placing bonds of Azerbaijani ‘KredAqro’ LLC NBCO (non-banking credit organization) will be held at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 28, Trend reports via the BSE.
A total of 5,000 bonds with a par value of 100 manat ($58.8) each with a circulation period of 18 months and a yield of 11 percent will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is AzFinance Investment Company OJSC.
Bonds of KredAqro' NBCO with a total value of 500,000 manat ($294,120) were listed in the standard market segment on December 23, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).
