BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 30. Trading volume on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange decreased in April 2022 compared to the same month of 2021, Trend reports with reference to the monthly review of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.
Kyrgyz Financial Exchange's trading volume in April 2022 amounted to 97.6 million soms ($1.2 million) – a decrease of 20.2 percent compared to 122.3 million soms ($1.5 million) in the reporting month of 2021.
The total amount of trading on the primary market in April 2022 reached 92.6 million soms ($1.1 million), which is a decrease of 19.2 percent compared to 114.7 million soms ($1.4 million) in the same month of 2021.
Meanwhile, on the secondary market, the trading volume totaled 5 million soms ($61,957) in April 2022, which is 34.2 percent less compared to April 2021 7.6 million soms ($94,527).
