TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, April 24. Uzbekistan produced 211,100 tons of diesel fuel from January through March 2024, Trend reports.
As per data from Uzbekistan’s Statistics Agency, this indicator has increased by 2.08 percent year-on-year (206,800 tons in January–March 2023).
At the same time, in March, the production of diesel fuel increased by 88,000 tons compared to the previous two months (123,100 tons in January–February 2024).
Earlier in 2023, Uzbekistan produced 1.01 million tons of diesel fuel.
Meanwhile, the volume of diesel fuel produced by Uzbekneftegaz, a state-owned holding company in Uzbekistan's oil and gas industry, has reached 50,900 tons from January through March 2024.
According to the data from the company, this figure has increased by 11,400 tons (128.8 percent) compared to the projected volume of 39,500 tons.
