Russian Interior Minister arrives in Turkey
The Russian interior minister arrived in the Turkish capital of Ankara on Wednesday, Anadolu Agency reported.
Interior Minister Rashid Nurgaliyev of the Russian Federation is paying a formal visit to Turkey upon an invitation by Turkish Interior Minister Besir Atalay.
Nurgaliyev will visit Anitkabir, the Mausoleum of Ataturk --the Founder of Turkish Republic, on Thursday.
The Russian interior minister will attend meetings between Turkish and Russian delegations at the Interior Ministry, and visit the Police Academy.
Nurgaliyev is expected to proceed to Istanbul after completing talks in Ankara, and then depart from Turkey.
