Azerbaijan, Baku/ corr Trend K.Zarbalieva/ Employees of prosecutor bodies will study the experience of the European Court of Human Rights on the application of precedent rights.
The Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan informed Trend on 28 August that training will be organized for employees of prosecutor bodies from 10 to 11 September under the project on cooperation with the Council of Europe (CE) in the area of human rights. CE experts and local experts will deliver reports about application of precedent rights of the European Court and the European Convention of human rights.
The Prosecutor General signed a decree "On registration of articles of the European Convention on Protection of human rights and basic freedom" and precedent rights of the European Court for Human Rights at the prosecutor bodies during the criminal trials.
