Azerbaijan produced computers, electronic, optical, and electrical equipment worth 180.5 million manat ($106.1 million) from January through October 2020, Trend reports citing a report of the State Statistical Committee.
According to the committee, the production of computers, electronic and optical products increased by 50.1 percent year on year, while electrical equipment production dropped by 2.4 percent.
In the first nine months of 2020, the retail trade turnover of computers, telecommunications equipment, and printing goods totaled 248.6 million manat ($146.2 million), having risen by 0.2 percent.
In 2019, the volume of production of ICT products in Azerbaijan reached 276.8 million manat ($162.8 million).
