Turkmenistan started operating regular cargo flights to Kyrgyzstan on Turmenabat-Bishkek-Turkmenabat route from February 6, 2022, Trend reports referring to the Turkmenistan Airlines company.
The flights will be carried out twice a week, according to the source.
In March 2020, Turkmenistan suspended regular flights to the rest of the world as a result of the pandemic, with the exception of China and Germany. Starting from mid-October 2021, Turkmenistan Airlines has resumed regular cargo flights to Russia, Kazakhstan, India, and the UAE.
Turkmenistan Airlines operates cargo flights in the directions of Ashgabat - Frankfurt – Turkmenabad twice a week, Turkmenabat - Beijing - Turkmenabad three times a week, Turkmenabat - Istanbul - Turkmenabad twice a week , Turkmenabat - Almaty - Turkmenabad once a week, and Turkmenabat-Bangkok-Turkmenabat once a week.
Turkmen Airlines is Turkmenistan's national carrier, providing non-stop service from Europe to Turkmenistan. The airline’s fleet consists of Boeing aircraft (717, 737, 757 and 777).
