August 31, 2011, has been declared a day off in accordance with the Turkmen President Gurbanuly Berdimuhammadov's decree "On Celebration of Oraza Bayram".
Prior to that, it was reported that Berdimuhammadov signed a pardon decree in honor of the sacred Omnipotence Night of the Islamic world during Ramadan month.
