President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili signed a decree on the appointment of Irakli Garibashvili to the post of prime minister.
According to the president's press service, after the declaration of the vote of confidence by parliament to the Cabinet of Ministers, Margvelashvili congratulated Garibashvili on the outcome of the vote of confidence to his government by parliament by signing a decree.
On Nov.18 Irakli Garibashvili was officially nominated as a single candidate for the post of Georgia's prime minister. The Georgian parliament expressed a vote of confidence in the country's parliament at an extraordinary meeting on Nov.20.
