Azerbaijan’s PASHA Bank selects partners to jointly ensure the cybersecurity of banking products, Chief Financial Administrator and Board Member of PASHA Bank Bahruz Nagiyev said in an interview with Trend.
According to Nagiyev, the bank has invested heavily in strengthening its cybersecurity.
"Firstly, it is planned to strengthen cybersecurity in card transactions, bank products for small and medium-sized businesses and banking operations," he said.
The Chief Financial Administrator also said that international organizations annually monitor the products and IT infrastructure of PASHA Bank for compliance with the international IT security standard.
"Today, the IT security indicator of our bank within the framework of this international standard is three out of the maximum possible four. By the end of 2021, we plan to bring this indicator to 3.5," Nagiyev said.
In addition, he said that PASHA Bank will publish the current indicator of its IT security by the beginning of 2022.
