Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has issued a decree to confer "Honored teacher" and "Honored engineer" titles on several educational specialists for merits in the development of education and strengthening logistics base of education institutions, the AzerTag state news agency reported.
In accordance with another decree, the president awarded several education employees "Taraggi" ("Progress") medal "for services in the development of this sphere.
