The Court of Appeals will consider the appeal by Musavat Party on restoration of Aynur Jamalgizi in the ranks of the party on Wednesday, Trend reports quoting Ibrahim Ibrahimli, the chair of the Central Control Inspection Commission (CCIC).
2 months ago CCIC appealed against the sentence by Binagadi district court on restoration of Jamalgizi in the ranks of the party.
The 2nd legal hearing was held on 22 March.
