Along several years, Azerbaijan has received many offers on assistance in emission of Eurobonds, Trend reports quoting Vahid Ahundov, Presidents Counselor for economic affairs.
В"In average, proposals on Eurobonds emission suggest at income level 5 to 6% for the period of 5 years and emission amount $250mln. Azerbaijans access to the international securities market is very prestigious and will positively influence credits issue policy. Alongside, internal reserves are rising and the government is still deciding how to use them efficiently, which results in some uncertainty regarding some actions in the securities marketВ", - Ahundov said.
.In turn, Finance Minister Samir Sharifov said amount of the first emission is not agreed yet as global financial markets require some liquidity for such emissions. Minimum taking, in his opinion, shall not be less than $250mln and level of income is defined by the market itself.
