Azerbaijani investment opportunities were presented in Spain, Azerbaijani-Turkish Businessmen Association (ATIB) said on March 6.
The event, organized in Madrid by the Spain Employers and Entrepreneurs Confederation (CEOE) and the Union of Black Sea and Caspian Confederation of Enterprises (UBCCE), was attended by 75 representatives from Spain's government and business circles.
Azerbaijani Ambassador to Spain Mammad Aliyev represented Azerbaijan, representatives of the foreign, infrastructure, industry, tourism and commerce ministries represented Spain and Georgian Ambassador to Spain, Georgian Prime Minister and others represented Georgia at the event.
During the event, representatives of Turkey, Georgia, Ukraine and Russia held a presentation of investment opportunities of their countries for Spanish entrepreneurs.
A memorandum of understanding between the CEOE and UBCCE was signed as a result of the event.
