An official delegation of Turkmenistan led by deputy Prime-Minister Tuvakmammad Jabarov has recently held talks with the leadership of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia).
According to official Turkmen source, the subject of discussion was funding of the projects in health, transport and private sector development by the IDB.
Besides the recently agreed railway project Turkmenistan-Iran, the parties agreed on the draft, which will be considered for financing of the IDB in 2010.
These are construction projects of the dental center, a factory for the production of infusion solutions, providing the regional center in Balkanabat with drinking water. Moreover, it dealt with the reconstruction of 225-kilometer highway in the direction of Turkmenistan-Kazakhstan.
