The revenues received in January-March 2019 from mobile communication services in Azerbaijan amounted to 201.9 million manats, Trend reports referring to the Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee.
The revenues of the mobile communications sector decreased by 2.6 percent and reached 43.6 percent of total revenues of the telecommunications market in January-March 2019 compared to January-March 2018, according to the State Statistics Committee.
In January-March 2019, population and organizations in Azerbaijan were provided with information and communication services worth 463.5 million manats, which is 7.6 percent more compared to the same period of 2018.
Of the total information and communication services, 71.5 percent accounted for services rendered to the population. At the same time, 82.3 percent of the revenues received via the sector accounted for non-state enterprises.
