The licenses have been issued for commissioning eight industrial enterprises in Qainat county of Iran’s north-eastern South Khorasan province, director of the industrial, mine and trade organization of Qainat county of South Khorasan province Ismayil Shahin said.
The investments worth about 266 billion rials (about $6.33 million) were made in industrial enterprises, Shahin added, Trend reports referring to IRNA.
He said 140 people were employed at these enterprises.
He went on to add that up till now the licenses have been issued for holding operations in 50 mines with 113.6 million-reserves and 1.98 million tons of mining materials were extracted in Qainat county.
Some 116,000 people live in Qainat county of South Khorasan province.
