The Turkmen company Akylly Tislimat has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Russian group of companies ECOLOS in Ashgabat, Trend reports with reference to the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET).
In the Ashgabat office, ECOLOS hold a presentation on the capabilities of its structure, which combines advanced scientific and industrial enterprises that perform the full range of work on cleaning and pumping of wastewater, as well as desalination of seawater.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Russian structure “Multifunctional Centers for the Provision of State and Municipal Services”, with whom partnership opportunities were discussed. The delegation arrived in Ashgabat to attend the meeting of the Turkmen-Russian intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation.
In February, the delegation of Turkmenistan was on a working visit to Spain, where it got acquainted with the activities of the Torrevieja Desalination Plant and held talks with representatives of the companies Talgo, Italmatch and Termomeccanica Pompe.
Prior to this, German companies expressed willingness to participate in Turkmen projects for the purification and desalination of seawater.
