Some 210.5 billion tenge from the republican budget were allocated within four years for realization of the "Business Roadmap 2020" program, Yermek Alpysov, Vice-Minister of National Economy of Kazakhstan said, Trend reports via Kazinform.
"This sum allowed to fund 13,000 entities of small and medium business, train 20,000 of entrepreneurs, create 10,000 work places and manufacture goods worth 3.3 trillion tenge. The volume of the tax payments amounts to 175 billion tenge a year,” the vice-minister said.
“The major part of allocated funds is directed on subsidizing the loans remuneration rate, which equals 126 billion tenge or 60.1 percent of the total sum,” he said.
“Some 53 billion tenge or 25.2 percent were directed on providing factories, plants and entities of small and medium business with missing infrastructure. The rest of the funds was directed on loans guarantee, grants, training and consulting entrepreneurs,” said Alpysov.
Furthermore, Aidar Arifkhanov, the Chairman of the Baiterek National Management Holding Management Board stated that the Holding supported some 13,000 projects since the implementation of the program.
“That was done through subsidies. We work with akimats (administrative centers) and with all business spheres. During the realization of the Business Roadmap 2020 the volume of tax payments amounted to 900 billion tenge. The goods manufacturing equaled 13.5 trillion tenge and some 90,000 work places were created,” said Arifkhanov.
