The negotiations with representatives of Total E&P Activites Petrolieres company (France) and NOVATEK company (Russia) have taken place at Uzbekneftegaz JSC this week, the press service of Uzbekneftegaz company reported.
The possibilities of a multilateral partnership have been discussed in detail during the negotiations. The foreign guests expressed interest in receiving information about the current legislation in the investment sphere of Uzbekistan, studying geological and geophysical data and using the existing infrastructure near the invested blocks of oil and gas fields in order to develop the further action plan.
At the end of the talks, the parties identified areas of cooperation, expressed their satisfaction with the results of the held meeting.
