BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 1. The number of domestic flights (passenger planes only) via Iranian airports decreased by 10 percent, during the first 10 months of the current Iranian year (March 21, 2022 through January 20, 2023), compared to the same period last Iranian year, as was reflected in the statistics of Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company (IAC), Trend reports.
Overall, more than 233,000 domestic flights were carried out from Iranian airports in 10 months.
Meanwhile, in the same period of the last Iranian year, the figure stood at about 259,000.
