The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan approved only two among a three candidacies for the post of judges of the Constitutional Chamber.

The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan approved only two among a three candidacies for the post of judges of the Constitutional Chamber. Such decision was taken at the extraordinary parliamentary session yesterday, news agency "24.kg" reported.

Two candidacies proposed by the president for transitional period Roza Otunbayeva - Emilbek Oskonbaev and Klara Soronkulova - were accepted into the judicial assembly. Candidacy of Tashtemir Childebayev was not supported by MPs.

Recall, the Constitutional Chamber consists of 11 persons. However, the head of the state supported only three of them. According to the decision of Roza Otunbayeva, another 8 candidacies were sent to the Judges Selection Council for re-consideration.
