BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 16. Unibank is working on the launch of Google Pay payment services, Head of the bank's Digitalization Department Sattar Kazimov told Trend.
According to Kazimov, it is planned to complete work on preparing for the launch of the Google Pay payment solution before the end of summer 2022.
"As you know, the Apple Pay payment solution was launched in Azerbaijan in 2021, and Unibank was one of the first to launch this solution. We also aim to launch Google Pay upon completion of the relevant work," Kazimov said.
