A man accused of murder was acquitted in Azerbaijan.
Guilt of Terter resident Fuad Allahverdiyev was found innocent at the Baku Heinous Crimes Court. He was charged with Article 120.2.4 (Deliberate Murder) of the Azerbaijani Criminal Code.
The court acquitted Allahverdiyev and released him from the courtroom.
Allahverdiyev was charged with killing Farman Ismayilov in the Yenikend village June 19, 2009.
