The Head Department on Execution of Court Resolutions of the Ministry of Justice (HDECR) is going to draw up the mechanism of instruction by correspondence of prisoners sentenced for term of life,Trend reports with reference to Musa Humbatov, the chief of HDECR.
We want the prisoners sentenced for term of life to get opportunity to study by correspondence. As you know, in result of humanitarian steps of the state head, mass amnesties are carried out in the country over the past years, told Hubatov.
According to him, HDECR has already appealed to several prisoners of the same category with a desire to continue the education. The main problem is that in what form the education will be realized. As known such prisoners are kept in serious regime. Therefore, it is difficult to prepare the mechanism of study, said Humbatov.
