BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 27. The prices for private and country houses in Baku increased on average by 9.14 percent in December 2022 compared to the same period in 2021, the CEO of Azerbaijan’s MBA (Marketing, Business, and Analysis) Consulting Group company Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
According to him, the growth in prices was 6.67 percent compared to November 2022.
"The average cost of renting one square meter of private and country houses in December 2022 totaled 943 manat or $554.7 (against 884 manat or $520 in November 2022 and 864 manat or $508 in December 2021)," said Ibrahimov.
According to Ibrahimov, the total volume of offers in the private and country house rental market in December 2022 increased by 11.27 percent compared to the previous month and decreased by 0.2 percent year-on-year, to 1,017.
