The loan portfolio of Azerbaijani banks from January through September 2021 grew, the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) told Trend.
According to the CBA, this indicator amounted to 15.53 billion manat ($9.14 billion), up by 9.75 percent since the beginning of this year, and by 7.1 percent compared to the first nine months of 2020 (14.49 billion manat or $8.52 billion).
In the structure of the loan portfolio, nine billion manat ($5.3 billion) accounted for business loans , 4.23 billion manat ($2.49 billion) - consumer loans, and 2.29 billion manat ($1.35 billion) - mortgage loans.
