A small airplane has crashed in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania, killing the two people on board, Trend reported citing Xinhua.
The Cessna plane, which took off from Pennsylvania Wednesday afternoon, was headed toward Vermont. It crashed near Sandy Ridge Mountain in a heavily wooded area. The two people on board, who were unnamed, were pronounced dead at the scene.
According to a witness, there was fog above the tree tops around the time of the crash and an explosion was heard minutes after the crash.
