Soldiers and officers of the Azerbaijani Internal Troops faithfully serve the people and motherland, Interior Minister Ramil Usubov said at an inauguration ceremony of the internal forces military unit N and a residential complex for officers, located in the Narimanov district.
"We are confident that the internal forces personnel are ready to protect security, order in the country and combat crime at a high level," Usubov said.
March 12 is the anniversary of the establishment of internal troops.
The improvement of social condition of the internal forces is always on focus of the Supreme Commander, President Ilham Aliyev, the minister said.
