Bangladesh company may launch project in Uzbekistan on textile fabrics production

Bangladesh company Alvi Group may implement a project in Uzbekistan for the production of textile fabrics and finished products with a view to selling them on the Alvi Group trading platforms all over the world, Trend reports with reference to the press service of "Uztextileprom".

Mr. Khan Md. Iqbal, director of Alvi Group, spoke about the issue during the meeting with the leadership of "Uztextileprom" association.

To determine the preliminary location of the project, a delegation of a Bangladeshi company visited Navoi region. Pre-project will be implemented in Zarafshan.

Alvi Group started working in 1995 in Dubai, UAE. Their first venture was Poultry Firm under the name and style UNI CHICKEN LLC of RASAL KHIMA (UAE) having capacity of 100,000 birds, simultaneously operating a 3-Star standard Hotel known as Hotel Damgi, Dubai.

Later on the company returned to Bangladesh.
