Iran discloses details of exports from North Khorasan Province

BAKU, Azerbaijan, Nov. 10

As many as 169,000 tons of goods worth $42 million were exported from the North Khorasan Province during the first seven months of the current Iranian year (from March 20 through October 21, 2020), said the Head of Industry, Mine and Trade Organization of North Khorasan Province, Ali Asghar Rezazadeh said, Trend reports citing the organization’s website.

According to Rezazadeh, the exported goods were mainly petrochemical products, steel products and industrial products.

The head added that these goods were mainly exported to Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Iraq, Georgia, Italy, Albania, the UAE, Turkey, Russia, Bulgaria, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Oman and Turkmenistan.

“The own customs of the North Khorasan Province accounted for 85,600 tons worth $31.2 million of the province total exports,” he noted.
