Kazakhstan reports increase in export of crude petroleum oils to Poland

Kazakhstan has exported 282,659 tons of crude petroleum oil and oil obtained from bituminous minerals worth 71.1 million euros to Poland in October 2020, a Eurostat official told Trend.

In turn, Kazakhstan’s exported 2.1 million tons of petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals worth 660.04 million euros to Poland from Jan. through Oct. 2020.

Thus, the October volume of petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals from Kazakhstan to Poland is 41.6 percent more compared to September 2020 (199,483 tons) and is 0.7 percent less than in Jan. 2020 (284,719 tons).

October's export value is also 30.4 percent more than in September 2020 (54.5 million euros) and is 42.2 percent less than in Jan. 2020 (123.1 million euros).

The value of trade turnover between Kazakhstan and Poland amounted to $537.6 million over the first ten months of 2020, compared to $707.4 million during the same period of 2019.

Kazakhstan’s export to Poland amounted to $278.5 million over the period from January through Oct. 2020, compared to $426.4 million during the same period of 2019.

In turn, Kazakhstan’s imports from Poland amounted to nearly $259.1 million over the reporting period, compared to $280.9 million during the same period of 2019.
