Two people died and five injured at a heavy traffic accident in Goygol region in the West of Azerbaijan.
March 8, a car of Mercedes brand, driven by Yeni Gizilja village resident Nasimi Seyidov and car of VAZ-2107 brand, driven by Ganja region resident Vugar Mehtiyev crashed at about 11:25 in Uchtepe village of Goygol region, Interior Ministry told Trend .
As a result of the traffic accident Mehtiyev and his passenger Hiymet Ahmedova died on the spot. Injured Seyidov and his passengers who were in the car - Ganja region residents Rena Ahmedova, Lachin Ahmedova, Sama Nagizade and Seyidov's brother Masim were hospitalized.
Goygol Region Police Department conducts an investigation.
Goygol is located in 400 km west of Baku.
