The river Kur flooded the Gazakh region situated in the west of Azerbaijan.
As a result of heavy rains, some parts of the Kur River, passing through the Gazakh region flooded it, the Ministry for Emergency Situations reported.
As a result of flooding, the surrounding area near the village of Ashaghi Salahli was under water.
The victims were saved with the help of rescuers of Aran diving team (city of Mingechevir) of the State Rescue Service.
Gazakh is located 500 kilometers from Baku.
